Conference Booking Terms
Either send your cheques with a completed registration form or make your payment online via the Arbrix website. All invoices for the conference must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. Submission of a completed registration form constitutes a firm booking.
All telephone bookings must be confirmed by returning the completed registration form with payment before the conference.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. It would be helpful if you would inform us of any changes as soon as possible so that replacement badges may be issued.
Acknowledgement of registration
If you have not received acknowledgement of your registration one week before the conference, please telephone the conference organiser to confirm that your registration has been received.
If you do not attend on the day, or cancel after the closing date of the conference, you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations made prior to the closing date of the conference date will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations must be received in writing by the conference organiser.
